1. Do I need to make reservations?
Yes, advance booking is required to make sure everything runs well. Since there are certain preparations, booking 2 days in advance or before is highly recommended.

2. We are open Tour packages or custom tours, Transport service and activities
For  tour minimum 2 person , single can do but price still for 2 person. if you are have tour program can make it own tour.

3. Can I pay by credit card at location?
Yes we accept payment by credit card for activities, for transport only pay by cash.  So please provide your cash money to make payment, it can be in USD or IDR.

4. What happen  if cancel?
Cancel some of activities or tour we don’t charge, but some booking for tour or activities with  limited  space should be pay cancel fee.
